Sentia Labs operates a global logistics network to deliver sentient technology directly from our specialized manufacturing hubs to your doorstep.
### 1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders undergo a 24-48 hour "Lab Verification" phase where hardware is synchronized and quality-checked before dispatch.
### 2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES
- **Tier 1 (Hong Kong, Singapore, East Asia, UAE):** 5-7 Business Days.
- **Tier 2 (USA, EU, UK, AUS, Global):** 10-15 Business Days.
Please note that these are estimates. High-demand AI systems may require additional calibration time.
### 3. TRACKING (SENTIA TRACK)
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Sentia Track ID via email. You can monitor your hardware's journey through our integrated logistics portal.
### 4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Sentia Labs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
### 5. DAMAGES
If your technology arrives damaged, please document the packaging and internal components immediately and contact our support portal within 48 hours of delivery.
