# SENTIA LABS - REFUND & RETURNS POLICY (LAB GUARANTEE) At Sentia Labs, we are committed to the highest standards of pet wellness and bio-integrated technology. Our "Sentience & Care" promise ensures that every piece of equipment meets rigorous laboratory standards before reaching your door. ### 1. 30-DAY LAB EVALUATION PERIOD We offer a 30-day evaluation period for all Sentia Labs hardware. If your AI companion or biohacking device does not integrate seamlessly into your lifestyle within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a return. ### 2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA To be eligible for a return, your item must be: - In the same condition that you received it. - Unworn or unused (for wearable tech like Red Light Mats/Collars). - In its original laboratory-grade packaging with all cables, manuals, and authentication cards. - Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. ### 3. RETURN PROCESS To initiate a return, please contact the Sentia Security Portal at support@sentialabs.ai. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ### 4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned: - Custom-programmed AI behavioral modules. - Consumable pet nutrition packs (if seal is broken). - Personal care items used directly on pet skin/fur. ### 5. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return at our evaluation center, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
